Atessa Warranty
In the event that
(a) One or more aluminium extrusions, or die-castings supplied by Site systems to the purchaser are found within twelve years from the date of the invoice relating to the outdoor furniture purchased to have undergone structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or faulty workmanship.
(b) The purchaser within 14 days of discovery of the defect or defects gives written notice to Site Systems.
(c) The defect or defects are not or not due to -
- (i) Cosmetic issues such as fading, crazing, discolouration.
- (ii) Timber
- (iii) Vandalism, negligence, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance or improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- (iv) Products tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone when not previously approved by Site Systems.
Site Systems will
(d) At Site Systems option, repair or replace the part or parts found in Site Systems reasonable judgment to have been defective in workmanship or materials.
(e) Pay all transportation costs for the return of the defective products to Site Systems, but only if returned by the purchaser in strict accordance with the written instructions of Site Systems and its request.
(f) Pay all the transportation costs for the shipment of the required or replaced products to the purchaser. Site Systems will not pay the costs of labour for the removal or installation of the alleged defective product.
Modern Warranty
In the event that
(a) One or more aluminium extrusions, or die-castings supplied by Site systems to the purchaser are found within ten years from the date of the invoice relating to the outdoor furniture purchased to have undergone structural failure due to corrosion, deterioration or faulty workmanship.
(b) A part or parts of the steel frames supplied by Site Systems to the purchaser are found within five years from the date of invoice relating to the outdoor furniture purchased by the purchaser to have a structural defect.
(c) The purchaser within 14 days of discovery of the defect or defects gives written notice to Site Systems.
- (i) Cosmetic issues such as fading, crazing, discolouration.
- (ii) Lack of maintenance.
- (iii) Vandalism, negligence, abuse, accidents, or improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
- (iv) Products tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone when not previously approved by Site Systems.
- (v) Timber
Site Systems will
